Candy was looking for a more professional looking redesign of her pop culture blog and she also wanted to combine it with two separate other blogs focusing on political humor and fashion. This involved importing the entries from those blogs and having separate sections of the site dedicated to each topic, including separate feeds and in the case of the political blog, a modified design. The masthead for the political humor blog was provided by the client (from a previous design), but it was integrated into the style of the rest of site to create a unified layout in all areas of the website.
She also wanted her entire blog network worked into the layout so that people would be able to see recent posts from all her blogs. This was accomplished easily through WordPress and Feedburner.
