I get this request a lot: “Can you make all my links open in a new window?” This is a widely done practice, I used to do it, too. Unfortunately, what I didn’t know before, and what most people still don’t know is that it’s a really bad practice to have.

It's that time again. WordPress 2.6 is expected to be released in a week or two. This isn't as big a release as 2.5, but there are definitely some handy new features and improvements. 2.6 Beta 2 was released yesterday if you can't wait to try it out.
