WordPress 2.3 released!

WordPress 2.3 “Dexter” has been released today. This is a significant release (compared to 2.2, anyway) and comes with quite a few really nice features including the long awaited Tagging capabilities. Also with 2.3 comes update notification for plugins and new WP versions, better URL management (for better search engine optimization), WYSIWYG upgrades, and better page and draft management. It's that time again. WordPress 2.6 is expected to be released in a week or two. This isn't as big a release as 2.5, but there are definitely some handy new features and improvements. 2.6 Beta 2 was released yesterday if you can't wait to try it out.
